At Uplevel Communication, we are committed to serving the right clients with the right program. Because we spend significant time making sure each participant is a good fit before enrolling, refund requests are extremely rare. In six years of running this coaching program, only one person has ever needed to withdraw.
That said, we offer a straightforward 30-day refund policy for new Academy clients.
30-Day Refund Eligibility
A participant may request a refund within the first 30 days if and only if all of the following conditions are met:
• They have completed no more than one private coaching session.
• They have attended no more than one small-group session.
• They have progressed through no more than two milestones inside the program.
If those conditions are met, we will issue a refund of any tuition paid, minus a non-refundable $250 for materials delivered to the client.
Why the Policy Works This Way
This program is not an hourly service. It is a program-based coaching experience with proven results.
A helpful, yet not perfect, analogy is this: You are not hiring someone to work on your house for an hourly rate to weed your yard. You are hiring someone to build a deck. Once the project begins, planning, measuring, preparing materials, and building the structure, value is created immediately, not only at the end.
If someone walks away halfway through, the deck simply doesn’t get completed. But the investment of time, expertise, and materials has already been made. The project does not convert into an hourly arrangement.
Communication coaching works the same way. The results come through the entire process.
Value of What’s Included
To provide clarity on the scope of value delivered inside the Uplevel Speaking Academy, here is a breakdown if each component were sold individually:
Private Coaching Sessions (7hrs × $350): $2,450
Full Academy Course: $1,500
Academy Workbook: $250
Unlimited Support through Office Hours & Small Groups: $1,000–$2,000
Platform Access + Email Access: $300–$500
Total Approximate Value: $5,500–$6,700
The program is intentionally priced far below the sum of its individual components because the goal is transformation, not simply transaction.
After 30 Days
After the 30-day window, the program becomes non-refundable.
At that point, clients are well into the process, actively receiving coaching, support, structure, and access — and the project is already underway. It is no longer feasible or appropriate to prorate based on used hours.

If at any point you find yourself out of rhythm or not seeing the progress you expected, please connect with a coach as soon as possible so we can adjust your path and get you back on track. We are fully committed to helping you realize your potential and experience the growth you enrolled for.
Over the years of running this program, we have seen clients face all kinds of life circumstances, job changes, health challenges, family responsibilities, and unexpected disruptions. When those situations arise, we work with people. We have paused programs, delayed timelines, and even extended access for a full year so clients can return and complete their journey.
